About 2,664 outdoor enthusiasts participated in this year’s Dumaguete Summer Fun Run “Sun’s Out, Fun’s Out” event, held at the Pantawan People’s Park April 5.
Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo approved the conduct of the event, organized by the Local Youth and Development Office, Sports and Youth Development Office and LYDC, in partnership with various youth and school-based organizations to help promote the value of physical fitness and outdoor activities for a healthy lifestyle.
Among the thousands of runners were students from the different universities and running enthusiasts. ||
